Giant lino project at Westonbirt Arboretum.
This project was commissioned by the Forestry Commission to provide an environmentally sympathetic activity that the public could be a key part of. Christine Felce and I co-ordinated the project with help from Gloucestershire Printmaking co-operative. Wendy Rhodes supplied the image of the Westonbirt Oak Tree. The project was run over 7 days, with the public adding images and being part of the printing process. The lino is 3 m long and 1 metre wide. The final print hangs in the Great Oak Hall at Westonbirt.

Giant Lino Project at Batsford Arboretum
Batsford wanted a similar project to Westonbirt, to highlight the plight of the Chilean Pine Tree. I designed an image that was seen up to look like a travel poster, with iconic images of Chilean Wildlife. Working with artist Christine Felce, the lino was cut and printed at Batsford, with public and staff adding their own images to the work one the course of a week.
